Location is great…. Loved all the amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, t paper, kitchen items. So thoughtful. Other than not being able to figure out the living room TV we felt it was a very nice place.

Great Atmosphere

This was a great, clean place to stay. The place had plenty of space and private rooms with bathroom access. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils as well as everyday appliances. We were thankful to be located in an area where we had easy access to local grocery stores and restaurants. We definitely will be back in the future.

Excellent location & size, ready for a remodel.

The condo units in this building are great! We have stayed in a few of them. We love the location and size. The view!!!! This particular unit could use an upgrade. The decor & air freshener is overwhelming and the carpet is very dirty and stained. The kitchen was well stocked but the knives were dull & the toaster didn't work. The beds & pillows were excellent and comfy. The master bathroom appears to have a leak above the shower from the neighbors above. Overall is was a great trip but for the price I recommend they pay attention to the small details. Thank you for sharing you space and piece of heaven with us!

convenient to the beach, good view of the ocean, clean and liked the lay out. Would have given it 5 stars but the dryer wouldn’t dry very well and need pans to cook with Teflon was scratched up and loose handles, would stay there again.

Walkable and lovely

We like "walkable" areas where we can safely stash the rental car and explore the area. Many restaurants and bars are just steps away. An amazing new pier is a short stroll down the beach. Condo itself was ideal for six adults, with each pair having own bath.

Alright so major pro of this place is the location. You can walk to any of the restaurants, shops, stores, and bars anywhere on Folly. It is also directly across from the beach and has a great view. Now if you want to feel like you're walking into the Lion King everytime you enter the condo, this is your place. The decor has alot going on lol. The main living area has alot of furniture cramped into it but you can rearrange it. We only had 2 people so we didn't bother. We did have issues with the main cable box not working and 2 of the other rooms missing remotes for the cable. The balcony has a ton of room and seating, we spent alot of time out there. I will say the place is clean and centrally located and did have everything we needed. If you can get it at a good price it would be worth it if you aren't spending a ton of time indoors.

Long weekend getaway

The condo was clean and neat. It was stocked with necessities to start our visit (toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies). All 3 bedrooms were very nice. My only complaint would be that the music from a restaurant across the street played till about 11:30. The music was very loud I used earplugs. But this is not anything the owners can do anything about. I was just giving a heads up.

Mother’s Day Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Folly Beach. We celebrated Mother’s Day and my husband’s 60th birthday. The place was clean and fully equipped with all essentials. We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be returning.
