「My partner and I were excited to visit Lake Geneva for our anniversary after seeing strong reviews and photos online. We booked a king room with a resort view for two nights. Before arrival, trying to extend our stay by one night took multiple calls, transfers, and long hold times, which was our first red flag.
At check in, we were told our reserved resort view was unavailable and were “upgraded” to a pool view, even though the pool was closed for winter. Staff insisted this was a better option...

「Lake Lawn has been around for well over 100 years. While the grounds are as expansive and lovely as always, major renovations have been done to the rooms, restaurant and common areas.
Staff is friendly and professional from maintenance to front desk. While we went in what was the "off season" there were still enough options to make our stay worthwhile.
