「The hotel smelled like fabuloso, as if it’s pure fabuloso. If you stayed in the main area long enough it would cause a headache. The elevator smelled like marijuana and there was drywall crumbs or something all over the floor. The elevator felt like it was going to break. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them. 「The front desk staff was very accommodating to my needs as I had to check in early. They all are very courteous and welcoming. I am very happy that I found this hotel to stay in. The rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast is wonderful and includes a variety of foods. They even have the late night snacks and beverages that make you feel like you are at your own house. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites.」

「Checked in for a night after driving for 8 hours. But ac wasn't working for whatever thermostat settings. Thermostat display was too bright dazzling disturbing to eyes. So I had to keep one light on the whole night. Morning even worse. A dirty shower mat/towel was on the shower floor. I didn't see that in the night since it was behind the shower curtain. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"...
