Because of the school orientation, hotel room is quite difficult to get. The location is not very convenient to Cornell. Some facilities need to be replaced.

The host was very kind and there was stuff to get us through the first day (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, etc.) There is currently no dishwasher or laundry machines so you should pack with that in mind, or there's laundry mat in town.
