「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「Nice setting. Just be aware if you get one of the double bed rooms the sleeping area is very small. It’s an older motel, and the walls are thin. On the plus side, the property is well maintained and right on the lake. The fire pit is great. Other rooms may be bigger, and they offer glamping. Coffee and muffins in the morning are good. If you want a bigger breakfast you will have to go elsewhere.」

「The room was very clean and modern the staff was very friendly. We had a very good breakfast. The parking was very sufficient. Lots of parking spaces. The room was very quiet even when young children were next door with parents. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. It was a great 2 day stay. I highly recommend that hotel. There was a nice clean pool and a couple pickle ball courts there. The fitness room was modern and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay」

「Nicely renovated art, deco style old hotel. The lobby was a little sparse, but I wasn’t really spending my time there anyway. Conveniently located right downtown and walking distance to some restaurants. The free parking available behind the hotel was wonderful!」
