「Lovely serene location near the canal and river (might get busy when the weather is good)..Lovely traditional spacious and comfortable rooms, in good clean condition. Communication before arrival excellent. We weren't able to use the spa bath as the plumbing currently needs re-doing to prevent leaks and there is no shelf to put the toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast isn't available at the restaurant currently but there is Toby Carvery or the cafe at Over Farm next door. Location is...

「My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.」

「We had a wonderful time at the Old Church Farm. The grounds are very green and peaceful. Very comfortable beds and great hosts! A gem in the area. Do not skip on the breakfast! a fantastic experience」
