“Tiny home was mot ready at check in time. Plumbing problem and owner working on issue at check in time. He was very grumpy, mean, and indifferent to our excitement to check in to tiny home reserved. He says we could not stay in tiny home until fixed, and did not know when that would be. He was pushy and tried to push us to another alternative house that was not what we paid for, or wanted at all. Co-owner named Hope arrived a bit later and was abrupt and not empathetic to our situation at……

“From the moment we drove up it was exciting and exactly what we were wanting.. a place in nature, quiet and beautiful after a long day playing in nature…. The lodge is eclectic, warm and welcoming… the first night there was only one other guest who stayed in their room, so we basically had the place to ourselves as we sat at the table and played games and cozied by the fire and just enjoyed the evening…. We were in the loft room with nobody next to us so again the top floor was all to ourselves……
