The Ness, Woodland Retreat

Comfortable two-bedroom holiday home which features a master double bedroom with king-size bed and dressing area with a ‘Jack & Jill’ style en suite bathroom to include a W.C. and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features twin beds (both 2ft 6ins) width style singles) and is conveniently located opposite the guest bathroom which includes W.C. and wash hand basin. In the kitchen, you’ll find appliances including oven/grill, gas hob, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dining area with table and 4 chairs. The living/dining area has both 2 and 3-seater sofas opposite a flat-screen TV and fire. Access from the main door leads to the deck with garden furniture and an outdoor hot tub.

The bar and restaurant are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday-Sunday the bar is open 11am-9pm serving coffee and cakes all day, and food is served 12-3pm and 5-8pm – last orders 15 minutes before end of service



Check in is from 4pm until 8pm. If the guest is going to arrive after 8pm, they are advised to contact their park to make arrangements for a late check-in.

The latest check in is 8pm.

Please note that you will receive a pre-arrival call within 7 days of your stay. During this call, a refundable payment will be taken over the phone. This amount will be returned within 3–5 working days after check-out, provided no damages occur and all keys are returned.
