Welcome to our peaceful sunshine manor. This complex was just renovated and tastefully decorated. Located one mile off Wilton Drive in the heart of desirable Wilton Manors. It is walking distance to all the bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. You can walk to local gyms. It is a quick Uber ride to Ft Lauderdale beach, Las Olas, the Port, Airports, shopping and much more.



The Space:

Recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Located one mile off Wilton Drive in the heart of desirable Wilton Manors.



Your immaculate 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit has its own private full kitchen with everything you need to cook and feel at home, a living room, full size washer/dryer in the unit, Free Wifi and streaming Chromecast TV in the bedroom and living room so you can connect to your Netflix, Hulu, or your home cable account.



Please Note: The unit has Air Conditioning only. There is no Heat or Space Heaters in the unit.



Very comfortable queen sized bed with lots of pillows. Sleeps 2 comfortably in the bedroom. Air mattress available upon requests.



Hurricane impact windows and doors make for a quiet and safe stay. Stocked with iron, iron board, blowdryer, cleaning products, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and much more. Just bring your toothbrush.



The unit is located in a 2 unit building. There are 3 buidlings for a total of 8 units.



Shared spaces: There is a relaxation area for just your building (2 units) that consists of a table with umbrella and six chairs & a couch. Located directly behind your building. The community pool and relaxation area are located in front of 2017 & 2025 buildings. The entire complex is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence.



The only common shared spaces are the gorgeous new pool and relaxation area surrounded by a privacy fence.



For the added security of our guests we monitor security cameras in the common areas and parking lot only.



Guest Access:

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender and Kurig coffee maker. The Kitchen includes: All utensils for eating and cooking, pots, pans, colander, grater, peeler, dishes, bowls, wine glasses, and much more. It is more or less your home away from home.



Full size Washer and Dryer in the unit, ironing board and iron.



Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow-dryer



Publix, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Spouts, (grocery store) are all close by.



The pool is surrounded by six lounge chairs. The relaxation area has one table with umbrella and six chairs. There is also two couches for lounging. Towels are also provided. The pool is not heated.



Please Note: The Pool and relaxation areas are shared guest spaces.



There are plenty of parking spaces (unassigned).One dedicated handicap space.



The Neighborhood:

Very safe and sought after neighborhood directly in the middle of all that Wilton drive has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, nightclubs, gyms, and much more. 4 miles from the beach, 6 miles from airport, 2 miles from the Brightline train for (quick trips to Miami or WPB)



Publix, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Spouts, (grocery store) are all close by 1-2 miles.



Getting Around:

There are 20 unassigned parking. spaces. Uber & Lyft anywhere. Close to the Brightline train that goes to West Palm Beach and Miami or Bus transportation.

We live five minutes from the property and are available 24/7. We also have a maintenance person on call 24/7.



The entire building can be rented out by larger groups (10 total bedrooms). Sleeps 20 comfortably.



Air mattress available upon request.



Our property is NOT clothing optional to respect the other guests.
