Pool is a nightmare

You go to a place that features a rooftop pool and then you can't use it. People come up to the pool and leave towels on the chairs to reserve the chairs. There were no seats at the pool for the last two days of our stay and the pool chairs were empty except for the towels and three people were in the pool. Management did not address complaint. Check-in was a big problem and when talking to other guests it was common. We left the front desk at 4:30 went for dinner and then came back. We liked the place, staff was courteous but the pool left us with a sour experience.
Stayed 5 nights in Feb 2023
