Excellent Apartment located in the city of Hallandale Beach, FL. Walking distance from Hallandale Beach. Open views towards the intercoastal. Modern & Bright. Complimentary WIFI.

Equipment in our Studios: microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, 55’ Smart TV, Hair Dryer. 2 full size beds, desk and chair, balcony with outdoor seating. A/C individual thermostat.

20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged 300 + 10 per additional day

We provide a professional cleaning service through a cleaning company and own staff depending of the unit. Any object left by a previous guest or part of the apartment, can be a non intentional hazard, depending on the age of the guest. Be aware and let us know if you need us to take action on any repair or part removal during your stay. We are not responsible if you get injure or damage for parts or objects left by other guests or parts of the apartment and that we didn’t notice at the cleaning or maintenance time. Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Location was nice...close to the beach (walking distance). Pool area was nice, off the intercoastal. Communication between Victoria Rental Properties and the BW Resort definitely needs improvement. When you check in, know that there is a resort fee per day...was not informed. In addition, I was told that I'll be reimbursed the security deposit within 3-5 days. At check-in, I was informed 7-10 days (?). Stayed in a standard room. Nice view from the balcony. When we walked in the room smelled moldy/damp. Mold in the shower, no washcloths, stains all around. When I came down to the front desk to ask for washcloths, they gave me one hand towel (?). Figured out when I got back to the room (21st floor). There are nice restaurants walking distance. Absolutely loved ETARU (Japanese cuisine). Next time I do another staycation in Hallandale, I'll be looking elsewhere. Hope this helps...all around.
