The place was very nice. Right on the canal with a table and chairs outside to sit or eat at outside. Everything inside was great. Would definitely recommend it.

Escape from the snow

We love this location - a wonderful place to stay and sit by the canal - watch boats or an easy walk to Los Olas shopping and restaurants or to the beach! We also love walking to the river walk - so many options to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Great location and view!

We loved the area; exactly where we wanted to be. The apartment was not in the pristine state that the photo showed. The pool landscaping was terrible overgrown, not allowing enough sunshine to lay in the sun. We had some issues with cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. We had a comfortable bed and good working air conditioning. In general we enjoyed our stay but it’s a bit rundown and needs some deep cleaning and repairs.

Spring break

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great location between downtown Las Olas and the beach. You and walk to both the beach and downtown but i would suggest using ride circuit its free and pick at your location.

Okay, but...

Property was decent. However, a couple bottles of water would have been nice.Also, just one TEENY waste basket in bathroom was silly.Living room sofa very uncomfortable for watching TV, the whole apartment smelled of cleaning fluid.
