The studio features a queen bed positioned toward the TV, making it easy to wind down with your favorite shows after a day out. A small lounge chair offers a cozy spot for reading, scrolling, or sipping morning coffee. The dining table doubles as a workspace, with a nearby floor lamp that provides warm lighting for working, eating, or planning your next outing.



The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials for simple meals and snacks, including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and Keurig coffee station. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or reheating takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants, you’ll have what you need for a comfortable stay.

*This apartment has neighboring apartments beside the unit. You may hear normal residential sounds such as footsteps or movement — this is part of the lived-in character of the space. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to shared-building noise, this may not be the right fit.

*This apartment is located on a canal in South Florida, where tropical wildlife and occasional pests are part of the natural environment. The property is professionally serviced with regular pest control, though encounters can still occur from time to time.

*As with many older canal-front properties in the area, occasional odors related to humidity or the surrounding environment may be present, especially during warmer months.

*Outdoor spaces are shared with other units on the property, and guests should expect occasional activity or noise in these common areas.

*The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week to ensure water quality and cleanliness. Because the property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees (welcome to tropical Florida!), you may occasionally notice a few leaves in the water between services. This is completely normal and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool — it’s simply part of the natural environment.
