  • Close to everything! This 1-bedroom apartment will be the perfect spot for your trip to Fort Lauderdale. Immerse yourself in the local lifestyle. You will be only 2 miles to the heart of downtown, 3 miles to the beach, 1 mile to the nightlife of Wilton Drive, 8.5 miles from the international airport and 5 miles from Port Everglades!

    This is an entirely private apartment. There is a shared laundry room in the back of the building.

    Middle River Terrace is close to everything you`ll need for a great vacation or business trip.

    Uber is a good option to get you to the beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. You will have one parking space in front of the building if you choose to have a car.

Nice and Quiet

Area was very quiet, has a lot of space and overall very comfortable. There was a lot of rain during our stay and thankfully the parking lot is elevated so no issues getting in and out.

Don’t stay here, worst than staying at a Motel 6

I was supposed to have a 3pm check-in, I didn’t get the code for the door until after 4 pm. Bed was a box bed which was about a foot off the floor. Not even sure linens were changed before my visit. Comforter was nasty. I slept on my beach towel. Had two towels for my 9 day stay. Rug in living area was nasty. Shower was very small and not when it was cleaned last. I was ver
