“The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. ”

“Needs to be updated and detailed. Breakfast was horrible! Drink dispenser was broken served warm drinks in hot Florida weather! Staff was very friendly rooms need a good deep clean alongside of some major updates needed! Other than that we enjoyed our visit”

“Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”

“We disembarked our boat cruise at 8 am and called the hotel to ask if they can let us check-in early and they did! We were early enough too that we still got to avail ourselves of the included breakfast which was really good! This in turn gave us more time to go to Sawgrass outlet mall. We are very appreciative to Home2 suites downtown fort lauderdale. On top of this, the room was huge and clean with enough sleeping space for the 5 of us. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and the gym……

“Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room……

“The breakfast is great, and there are snacks, drinks, beer, red and white wine, etc. in the evening from Monday to Wednesday. The washing machine and dryer are free for guests to use, which is very suitable for long-term stays.”

“We found the toilet seats full of urine and the bed had hair on it, when we decided to tell the front desk, the staff came and took a picture and promised to change the sheets and get the bathroom cleaned up, we went to dinner and came back around 1 am just to find more hair on the bed, we left immediately after. When we asked for a refund, the manager said there was no reason to give me one because i checked in at 3pm. Although we were never in the room until 1am. Highly disappointed and we……

“I have been going to Beachcomber for years, and it has always been a wonderful experience. The property is very clean, well maintained, and easy to walk around. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, making every visit enjoyable. The only thing that I didn't like was the beach, too much sargasso. Also, the piña colada and the Bloody Mary were different from the last time I was there.”
