The studio is very small but very clean. There is a small refrigerator, a hot plate, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and cups and dishes for two. The air conditioner and flat screen tv both work. The shower has hot water and a rain shower head that is fabulous. But it is cramped. I could not turn around in the shower and I am not a big person.
The bed is horrible. The mattress is rock hard. The bed and bath linens are hard and cheap. People are doing drugs and playing loud music in the alley. It is a glorified sex motel at best. They advertise 3 parking spots out front of the studio but I did not feel good about leaving my car there since it is an alley with active traffic.
Great for college kids that just need a place to sleep at night.
