One of our favorite rentals in Fort Myers Beach!

We have rented all over the island and this is one of our favorites! Loved the location. Loved the lagoon with the many different tropical birds.

Our Stay

The Estero Beach & Tennis Club is a very nice place to stay. We have been there a total of two times. The individual unit was nice but could use a few minor improvements to give it a greater appeal. For example, a kick plate was missing under the dishwasher, the bedroom carpet was buckled on once side of the bed. They could supply two beach chairs instead of upright chairs. One of the bathroom towel bars was loose. These are minor things that would improve my rating. Also, the tennis court needs some minor attention. It would be nice if the pool could stay open beyond 7:30pm. But overall, its not a bad place to stay. Beach access is a little walk. Your not directly on the beach but its doable.

Beach buddies

Great location for access to the beach, shopping and restaurants . Beach chairs would have been a nice addition, instead we had to rent them. The unit itself was clean, however the carpet in the bedroom could use a good cleaning or be replaced. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment needed to cook but was missing any spices to cook with. A broom and dustpan would have come in handy. There were a few days when construction was going on (which was not mentioned in the listing) so it made it difficult at times to enjoy the pool area. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with rental staff, very helpful when needed. Overall a great stay for us to relax and enjoy this beautiful coastal area. Thanks for sharing your home.

Excellent 2nd experience at Estero Beach & Tennis Resort !!

It is the second consecutive trip we make to the Estero area, and we like this building a lot for its location and facilities. One of the topics that gives us more security is the host Kathy Nesbit Vacations Inc, who prepares all the information for the check-in in a very professional and precise way. We will surely rent with them again.

A few glitches

No pay forward items. We left pay forward items as suggested. Light bulbs burnt out could not locate any in the condo. The bathroom fan was noisy and very very dirty. My husband cleaned the fan hit still noisy and Fixed the blinds. Glad he is a maintenance man he knew how to fix items. The beach chairs were broken left note stating that so we would be blamed. The Condo complex was well maintained would stay here again but I would not stay in this condo

Great accommodations, Great Location!

Kathy Nesbit Vacation rentals were a great group to work with, answered email questions before arrival, provided all necessary information for the property to make an easy and relaxing stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The grounds of Estero Beach and Tennis Club was beautiful, great courts, nice pool. lovely surroundings to relax and of course just a hop to the beach! Had a great week, will return soon!

The location was perfect. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible.
