Beach Pearl is a beautifully maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the north end of the island in a tranquil neighborhood. It is just a quick walk to the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the much desired North End near restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. The Fishing Pier and Times Square plus plenty of restaurants, pubs, shoppes and entertainment are just a short walk away. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped. It has a beautiful blue tile countertop, stainless steel appliances that include a two-door refrigerator with top freezer, a glass top range with self-cleaning oven and a built-in above-range microwave oven.

The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, tables and chairs, and flat screen TV. A sun room extends from the living room. The deck wraps around overlooking the street and the side and rear of the home and the private swimming pool and sun deck. There are also stairs providing access down to the pool. The deck is nicely furnished with tables and chairs. The bathrooms are comfortable and large. The second bathroom has the private washer and dryer.

The private pool has a plenty of entertainment space and bar to make drinks and serve great food! Beach items are provided and may include a cart, towels, umbrella & chairs. Roomy deck for relaxing.
