“Chris was a wonderful host, answering all my silly questions promptly. The rental was clean, and decorated like a loved home, and not a sterile hotel. We had access to washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels. The location is perfect with short walks to the beach, numerous restaurants and bars, so no need to drive anywhere. The only downside was our stay was only a week. We plan on returning in the future, and staying longer. Thanks Chris & Jake!”

“The amenities were in great condition and it is one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in to date. The location was amazing and it was a very short walk to the beach. The only negative we had was there weren't enough towels for the beach or washclothes for the number of people in the house. The host was super friendly and accommodating. The kids loved it, the adults loved it, we would 100% rent this location again. ”

“Amazing house with a great location! The hosts were easy to work and communicate with throughout. We had everything needed, including towels and kitchen items. Our favorite part of the house was the pool area. Plenty of loungers and a huge tv to watch the games! The sun shelf in the pool was a bonus. It was an easy walk down the street to beach access as well as coffee at Mojos. As always, we enjoyed the shops and restaurants in and around Times Square. ”
