Estero Beach and Tennis Club

The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. My individual unit met my minimal needs as it was just me staying. The furniture was dated and uncomfortable but clean. I spent very little time in my unit except to sleep so it was fine for me.

Great location but wouldn’t rebook the particular condo we were in

The outdoor grounds and location were great! The condo we stayed in was sub par on cleanliness. The fridge seals had mold on them. All the utensils in the drawers were dirty. Under the sink was dirty. The walls in the kitchen had spattered stuff all over them. Felt very frustrated that I had to clean when I got there. The fridge is old and loud to the point we would have to move the cold items to the freezer at night and turn it off to have peace and quiet when going to bed. We told mgt and they said they would talk to the owner and get back to us. We never heard back from them. Other condos may be better but the one we got was a bit disappointing.

Condo was small but nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Great location on the beach. Nice well kept pool area.

Nice stay

It was a nice studio unit. Nothing fancy or elaborate. It was just as described. It met my needs. Somewhere inexpensive on the beach. Across the street was Santini Plaza which was nice since it had 4 or 5 restaurants which you could walk to.

Estero beach and tennis

We were very pleased how Jeff took care of getting the broken bath faucet changed so quickly. They also supplied new pillows for our use when the ones on the bed were not comfortable. They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Nice location-Marginal unit

Nice pool and good South end of beach location. Old crappy tube non cable TV in bedroom and as previous reviews indicate AC still marginal. Other than that unit is fine.

Outdated and dirty!

The property needs a complete renovation. Everything in the unit is very old and dirty. Dust and grime is not visible in the photos. I would not recommend this rental. The building has dirty mildewed carpets and smells very bad! The ceiling in the bathroom is crumbling and the blinds are broken!

Great location and well kept grounds.

Unit was clean & well maintained. Could use better exhaust fans in kitchen and some work on air conditioning unit. Air worked, but note on it to not run below 78 F or it will freeze up. Just get it fixed!
