Gorgeous views, very well furnished, nicely renovated from inside and well maintained externally beautiful condo. We had initial minor hiccups, however the friendly helpful other residents and prompt attention by the management company was wonderful. We would definatly rent it again in futuer.

Great location and relaxed atmosphere

We stayed for a month in January. The condo has a beautiful view and the pool facilities are really nice. It was a great location if you want to be close to the beach, yet avoid all the traffic. We rented a car and drove to the beach a few times per week. Park at Bowditch Park which is much better than the crowded beach parking lots. Parking is limited but we always were able to find a spot. Bowditch park was our beach spot - 5 minutes drive from the condo. The condo was within 10 minutes drive to grocery stores and Walmart. Everything is convenient. Be sure to visit Sanibel! We want to go back next winter- great weather as well
