Condo was even better in person with a great view of gulf. The island is still rebuilding from hurricane Ian , but is making great progress.

Gull Wing Vacation 2024

We enjoyed our stay in the Gullwing resort as we Always do. There is construction going on on the property, but coastal properties was very accommodating and gave us a 20% discount off our stay for the inconvenience! They also sent maintenance crews out extremely fast to fix an issue we had in the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience

Ft Myers Beach

Very clean property. We loved being on the beach. We were surprised at the fact that most buildings near us were still not inhabitable. The hurricane devastation is most widespread in FMB so we went to nearby Bonita and Naples for dining etc… Loved that the property had beach towels and chairs!

Beautiful Stay

In addition to the absolutely beautiful weather we had on our trip, this condo was also gorgeous. From waking up to sunrises, watching sunsets, and soaking up the sun in between, we could not have asked for a better place to wake up in and settle into each night!This property has EVERY amenity you could ask for INCLUDED with your stay, which I will list so you know what you can leave at home; pool, hot tub, bicycles, 6 beach chairs, lots of sand toys, pool toys, laundry, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, body hair wash/conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom, ironing board, coolers and ice packs for the beach, hair driers, tennis/pickleball equipment, games, roku tv in each bedroom living room, guest parking passes, beach towels, and probably more that I am missing!The residents of the building were SO friendly, we truly had an amazing trip, in large part to this condo and the laid back atmosphere it allowed us to embrace.It was also great to see Fort Myers coming back to life after all of the Hurricane Ian damage. It still has a ways to go to get back to what it offered 2 years ago, but many businesses had figured out ways to keep their operations up and running, allowing vacation amenities (ie. restaurants, mini golf, night life, etc.) to still be readily accessible. 100/10 - Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!

Great stay, rough check- in

The property is very clean and spacious - It was plenty of space for 5 adults. The included beach chairs, towels and travel mugs made mornings at the beach very enjoyable! It would be helpful to have kitchen basics (salt, pepper, cooking spray) available instead of having every guest purchase new. The check-in process was very difficult, and Coastal Vacation Properties did not meet expectations with communication. With no one occupying the unit for two days prior to our arrival I requested an early check in. I spent several hours on hold the day before arrival and was told I could access the unit for an additional $100. When I asked them to wave this fee considering it had been open, I received three different stories from their customer service line about housekeeping not being complete unless I paid the fee. I hope they are not leaving units uncleaned for several days. They ultimately charged me $25 for early check in but never called to tell me the unit was available so we arrived on time.

Great Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time. The property is clean, well kept-up and by the beach. It is really a great space and great location. The only issue is that one day there was some construction in the apartment below that was very noisy. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic

This was a great property. So clean, everything was new, and it was right on the beach. It was nice being in the Gullwing and it was very quiet overall on the south side of the strip. Wonderful and highly recommended!

Condo was great. Enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with coastal vacation properties prior to stay was terrible. All calls go straight to a call center and none of our requests were ever handled.

Amazing, relaxing, fun!

Our stay was perfect. Everything was amazing from the beautiful views of the beach and ocean to the bottle of Chardonnay left for us. We truly enjoyed our vacation, and we’re able to relax knowing everything was provided. We will definitely be back again next summer!

The condo and property were beautiful. Newly decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the location because it was away from the craziness of FMB town but there were many places to eat out close by if you choose.

Beautiful property just as advertised!

Beautiful property with a fabulous view of the gulf! Well designed condo and plenty of room. The beach is huge so be prepared for a long walk to the water. It was so nice to have beach chairs provided. Absolute ONLY downside to this property is that when other families are on the outside balcony of their condo their voices are amplified by all of the cement walls. The primary bedroom unfortunately is adjacent to all of this noise. We had to use an app on our phone to cancel out the talking of people in the pool area or on their balconies. Regardless we would definitely return. Such a nice vacation.

Get getaway

We had a wonderful time in south Fort Myers! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our group, the view is just gorgeous! We enjoyed the beautiful wide beach, really one of the best in the area! The kiddos loved the pool and hot tub and had so much fun finding shells on the beach! A terrific getaway for us all!

Very nice condo on the beach.

The condo itself was very nice. Great lanais overlooking the ocean. The pool area and beach access were acceptable. A little bit difficult to access, but enjoyable. The building was somewhat dated. The fitness center left a lot to be desired. Off site check in was a nuisance. All the way at the other end of the island with no good way to get there. Tons of traffic. We also had a bit of a bother with a plumber, but it wound up being a non-issue.
