Welcome to the Palms. A newly renovated 4 plex offering 1 Bed 1 Bath units with a full kitchen. Each unit sleeps 4 comfortably with the new memory foam queen sleeper sofa. This oasis is offering a great outside space. Lounge by the pool, enjoy dinner in your courtyard, gas grills available. Grab your beach chairs, wagon and umbrella and head to the white sandy beach only 200 yards away. Less than a mile from time square and blocks from several restaurants and bars that have reopened. Fantastic Location! Great Amenities.

The place was perfect size for our family of 3. Everything you need to prepare meals, but also walking distance to restaurants. Great amenities for the beach- wagon, chairs, umbrella and some toys. The pool was warm and perfect to float around.

Great place at relaxing beach

We loved our stay at this newly renovated place. We were able to truly relax and enjoy Ft Myers Beach during the weekend thanks to this good located place. Communication with Host was easy and reliable. We will definitely come back when visiting Ft Myers Beach.

Quaint and beautiful next to the beach

Awesome and private residence that was literally steps to the beach. Property had all amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing beach day. Ron was very kind and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend.

Nothing Short of AMAZING

Two girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and it was absolutely perfect. Ron was super communicative and went above and beyond to ensure our stay and beach trips were convenient and fun. The place was absolutely spotless and even the couch sleeper sofa was comfortable to sleep on. He provided everything you may need for the beach including a wagon to walk the very short distance to the beach. We enjoyed grilling by the pool on the nights we didn't go out to dinner. Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful beach trip or a fun getaway with some friends and family. Ron and the Property 10/10 all the way.

Ft Myers Beach

Amidst the hurricane destruction, a quaint place, perfect for a couple. 5 minutes from beach, owner provides all beach necessities. Great layout, I cooked 8 meals and all necessary kitchen utensils/pots/pans available. Nice outside sitting area and pool was perfect. Owner (Ryan) was always available for any issues, although there were none. 3 minutes to Mom’s bisquits and breakfast. Nice 15 minute wake to Margaritaville for drinks. I highly recommend and we’ll return!

Hidden Gem

Fort Myers Beach is rebuilding so some hotels, condos etc are still under construction, Ron has done an outstanding job with this unit and it is in perfect walking distance of the beach. The inside of the unit was immaculate and I am so glad I have a great place to stay now when I visit. Ron communicates with you when you need anything. Highly Recommend!

Clean and cozy

Freshly updated, clean and quaint. One bedroom but nice pullout couch. Close walk to the beach. Great heated pool you share with the 3 other units, but we had it to ourselves. Ron has a shed with beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons for loading up for the beach, a must! The rest of the neighborhood is still under construction but this gem survived. I’d stay here again.
