This was a terrible experience. The property is not rent ready by any means and the main features we booked the property for were broken, unsafe, and unusable. Examples:- The pool masonry was broken, more than 30 bricks directly lining the pool had no grout or missing grout and if you step on them, they fall away into the pool. Incredibly dangerous for children and adults. - The pool was not cleaned or heated, making it 55-60 degrees and unusable. - The dock is completely broken and unusable with old rusty gear boxes sitting open on it. - The grill is broken - Broken built-in microwave - Moldy refrigerator - Broken base trim inside with jagged wood sticking out - Patio furniture broken beyond repair and unusable We raised these issues on day 1 and were told that the property management company was aware of the issues but did not have time to fix them, which is completely unethical as a business. We were then repeatedly lied to that someone was coming out to repair/replace the dangerous items, which never happened. Do not rent this property.
