Family Beach Getaway

Location was perfect for walks into town and end of the street easy access to a quieter beach. The unit came with beach chairs/towels/wagon; making a day at the beach simple. Decor and home amenities were picture perfect. We would recommend to our family and friends.

Close to nice soft sand beach

Enjoyed our stay at the Pina Colada near the beach. Short walk to beach which is a wide soft powdery sand beach. Publix nearby to stock up on groceries since Pina Colada has fully equipped kitchen. We cooked in most evenings then walked to beach to watch the awesome sunsets over the Gulf. Unit was very clean and has beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler & wagon to haul to the beach. Enjoy!

Stay at Fort Myers

The location to the beach was perfect!!.. a 5 min walk. Beautiful beach, not crowded. The morning walks and shell findings were so fun !!. The apartment was clean … the staff was great !The reason I can’t give this a 5 star is, we had to buy our own coffee maker , the one there didn’t work an when booking this apartment keep in mind that you will be upstairs an there will be guests downstairs. We ran into trouble with that but the staff was very very helpful and came out and made sure everything was ok. .. in all of this we did have a beautiful wk of sunshine and relaxation.

Great place!

Beautiful clean place with a huge screened in porch. The beach is a block and a half away. Tons of beautiful shells and lots of birds. Due to the hurricane damage there are few people on the beach. 1.8 mile walk to restaurant area. The car traffic is so slow you can often walk faster or use the bikes that come with the house. Plenty of restaurants etc.. are open.

No hot water for two days

It was a very nice location and the unit was great. However, there was an issue with the hot water heater, and it was not on for two days. When we discovered the issue, it was during a lightning storm after we all returned from the beach, needing a shower. The water was quite cold due to lightning storm, the on-island maintenance person Could not address the issue with the circuit breakers. The next day, we did have hot water. Communication with management was great, the property was nice, and we would return.

It was a cute beach house

Everything was great! It was very busy with spring break and it is a drive near the shops/restaurants but we rented a golf cart that helped with commuting back and fourth with kids! I will say the shower heads/water pressure wasn’t great! But that’s the least of the worries. We would stay again!
