Charming Rental 2/2 house, access to golf & comm. pool, So. Fort Myers!

Welcome to this charming duplex house in South Fort Myers! This is a rental with a three-night minimum stay. Amenities include a new 58" Smart TV in living room, new washer and dryer, AC, and Wi-Fi, Enjoy all that South Fort Myers has to offer when you stay at our place. Location is a plus! Nearby is: RSW Airport, Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), Coconut Point Shopping, Miromar Outlets and Gulf Coast Center. Many restaurants, upscale and casual, are nearby. Hwy 41, Estero and Bonita Springs are also close. Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach 14.5 miles from house! There is a small seating area on screened back lanai.

Pets up to 20 pounds, including dogs and cats only, are welcome. There is a two-pet limit. A fee of $10 nightly, $50 weekly or $150 additional monthly is charged per pet.

You have access to the San Carlos Public Golf Club, Community Pool and Playground in San Carlos Park just ten minutes from house. There is a small fee to use the pool (open Tuesday-Saturday) which is $2 to $3 per person. Please see the San Carlos Public Golf Club website for more information on golfing. The golf club offers a snack service, beer, wine and liquor. The golf course is ten minutes from house.

The house is very clean. New appliances, in kitchen including dishwasher, stove, refrigerator. New washer and dryer are on the lanai.
