"We had a one night stay due to a flight delay and did not have a car so we actually used the airport shuttle twice. Both times the service was quick and prompt. We had breakfast and dinner at the Drury Inn and enjoyed both. We splurged on the half price deserts from the bar while watching the sunset from our room. The pool is huge and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and so helpful with our luggage and letting us check in early. There was a very large group for a nearby baseball tournament but the rooms were still quiet. There is a very large outdoor mall nearby if you would like to do some shopping as well as 3 or 4 restaurants on the same street for other meals. We found the beds comfortable, the shower clean, the water hot and the AC quiet."

"Our toilet in our room did not flush. We had to deal with that for the three days that we stayed. We finally finally went to the front front office and asked for a plunger. They finally give us a plunger to use and my ex-husband fix the commode it had an issue in the back where the rod comes across."

"From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. I especially want to recognize Jeanette at check-in, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and kind from day one. What truly stood out was that her kindness remained consistent throughout our entire stay. Whether we had questions, needed assistance late at night, or stopped by looking for a snack, she always greeted us with a genuine smile and such a warm spirit. The hospitality at this hotel is truly something special. Every single staff member from housekeeping, the cleaning staff, the breakfast attendants, and everyone in between made us feel welcomed and comfortable.You can genuinely tell they love what they do and are not simply showing up for work.They reminded me of what true hospitality used to be: caring service, kindness, professionalism, and making guests feel relaxed and valued. The amenities were wonderful as well. Having coffee available throughout the day was such a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast was excellent every morning.The pool area was consistently clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, comfortable, and inviting. Another major plus was the free parking, the noon check-out time which is rare and greatly appreciated and the 3 PM check-in, which is earlier than many other hotels. There are so many great things I could say about this place, but what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff! We will be back soon!"
