Beautiful Property

The house was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. Very comfortable living space. Comfortable beds/bedrooms. We didn’t have any issues. Communication was great. Checkin was easy. Highly recommend.

Wonderful tropical setting

You will not find a property in Iona that has a better tropical feel than this one. We stayed for three weeks and were impressed with every aspect of this home. We have condos on Sanibel that are still being rebuilt and needed a place close by. The location was so close to Sanibel and also to the Sanibel Harbor where our boat is kept. This is truly a hidden gem!

Spring Stay

The property is accurately described snd has an amazingly well stocked kitchen. The porch and outdoor pool area were great for lounging, reading or just taking a nap. There was plenty of room in the home and the beds were extra comfy. Be aware that the windows have no blinds. That was a little bit of a concern as we did worry others might be able to see in the windows. The only other issue was having only two bathrooms but that is clear on this listing and the bidet in the main bathroom was a nice bonus. Overall a great spring break getaway.

Felt like home.

We loved our stay here. It is close to everything you need while on vacation. Publix is a few minutes away. The beaches are a short drive in either direction of the property. The back yard, pool area was just delightful. The home photos are exactly what you get... beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture. We all slept great every night and woke up ready for our next adventure.
