Furnished Three Bedroom, 2 bath located in Holiday Condominium Association on San Carlos Blvd. Available May 1st to September 15th, 2024 for $2,000 a month. Also available for the month of April, 2025 For $3200.00. New totally remodel home. Rear view of property faces open water with lots of birds to watch. Five minutes to Ft. Myers Beach. Close to Publix, Walmart and a Target. Gated Community, Includes use of all amenities, that include; outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, shuffleboard courts, Bocce ball, horseshoe court, tennis/pickleball courts. Various activities include; cards, bingo, sewing club, dances, dinners. Pets not allowed or smoking. Three hundred dollar security deposit, Background/credit may be needed.
