This place is wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and the my room (#9) was spotless. The pool and outdoor lounge were great! They also have a gas fire table that you can use and it looks out over the water. I will definitely stay here again!!! The whole place had a very cute vibe.

Breakfast bars and english muffins, coffee, tea, juice, milk good variety of snacks. Not bad for price of the area. We just did a quick overnight stay getting off of the Keywest express and this was close.it looked like this could be a good weekend getaway there was a canal behind the hotel that you could pattle board of use Kayaks that they provide at first come first serve. Hotel was old but nicely redone. Clean and beds weren't too bad. Breakfast area was cute by the water covered patio over looking the canal. All in all good for the money. We would use this hotel again.

Clean room, great staff! Loved having bicycles available. We rode them to the beach. The hotel is old, but maintained well. Could certainly use dark out curtains. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Good hot water pressure in the shower. Kayaks and bicycles available for use. Very close to Fort Myers Beach. Free breakfast was just ok. Only real negative is the road noise, as it is on a busy stretch of San Carlos Blvd. We would stay here again.

My stay there after disembarking the Key West Express late at night was a seamless/Keyless entry to a very clean, nicely decorated room. One bed ( queen) is in the entry with a small kitchenette. The other bed (King) is in a closed bedroom. The whole property was well maintained. ALL the staff was professional, kind and courteous from the Manager to the housekeepers and maintenance. A very SAFE area. We were 2 women traveling in our 60's with our 85 year old mother. There is a restaurant just a few steps away. Great Food, staff and very reasonable prices. Next time I am in Ft. Meyers, this is my go to place!! The free breakfast was well stocked on a cute outdoor patio area that is self- serve. I highly recommend 👌

Great place the property is older but well maintained. Pool was great free kayaks and bikes are neat! The breakfast was decent… Overall would recommend and will likely be back! The staff was also fantastic super laid back great little off fort Myers beach off season spot!

I really like the idea staying on houseboat especially the five of us. Im not disappointed. Floating Coconut cottage boat was fun, secluded with a great dining option-Bayside Sports Bar and Grill. Everything we tried there was excellent, so we came back for more. I would definitely recommend staying at Latitude 26.

The Boathouse was clean and plenty of room. Needs some maintenance and upkeep. The boat tilted to one side so doors didnt want to stay shut. Staff was not onsite for most of our stay but could call their other property across the street if needed. Amazing amenities such as use of bikes and kayaks. Wonderful breakfast spread. Convenient location. Beautiful location for sunsets. Don't use the onsite laundry! The water made my clothes smell horrible and I was not driving back home for 2 days with that in my car.
