I hit my head twice on the bracket holding the the bottles of shampoo, etc. For the second day I purchased a bar of soap at Wal-Mart and felt like I was truly clean. How far have the brakfasts fallen at Holiday Inn Express? I used...

The door had clearly been broken as if someone was breaking into the locked bathroom door. The shower has areas of mildew in the caulking and the bar on the shower wall is loose. The room was not cleaned properly, there was food in the fridge and trash on the floor. When we reported the issues they apologized. But nothing was cleaned.」
