「Agree with many other reviews. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.」

「The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come...

「The hotel staff were in line for coffee and we had to wait for quite some time to get coffee with breakfast. The conditioner bottle had shampoo or body soap in it. The front desk staff were helpful and nice.」

「We had such a wonderful stay at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island! We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years. We’ve stayed all over the island but really love Sonesta.The property itself is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. From the gorgeous grounds to the spa-like adult pool area, everything felt luxurious, relaxing, and thoughtfully cared for. The resort is just steps from the beach, which made the location perfect and so convenient. We loved being close to everything...
