“Condo was better than described and had everything we needed for a 4 day weekend. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing and when we travel back to Tybee Island hopefully we will be able to rent this condo again!!”

“Loved our 3 day stay over St.Patty’s weekend. This place is close to everything. 3 min walk to secluded Tybee River beach. Plus, 5 min walk to one of the best restaurants in the island,AJ’s. The Herrons Nest is comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Easy to get a Uber for a jaunt to Savannah. Thank you for a very well hosted stay on Tybee.”

“We visited for our 40th wedding anniversary and just wanted some quiet beach time. The north beach location gives you that. Granted, it was the end of April, but we never counted more than 24 people out on the beach when we were out there.”

“We were a family of four with two small dogs. It was a very nice place with a nice, quiet location not to far from the beach, YMCA, etc. The property management person, Tammy, communicated well and was helpful. Only recommendation would be better landscaping, especially in the backyard.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Don’t expect fancy, expect a clean little bungalow (this is actually a quadplex), which is clearly shown in the picture. This lovely older beach town is a great respite from the development going on in so many beach areas on the coasts now. Lovely wide beaches, not crowded at all when we were there. I think Tybee strives to keep their island on the quieter side. We felt comfortable here, had everything we needed (not a problem for us, but needed a silverware, plate etc.……

Location is everything and for a stay on the north side of the island you cannot beat this one. The beach public access is a very short walk which is key. Close by are a convenience store and some of the places to eat (The Deck) are walking distance as well. Highly recommend.”

“The condo was cozy and bright! Great deck over looking the beach and wild dolphins frolicking in the sea!! The beach is so private we were alone enjoying the beautiful sunshine and watching cargo ships pass. Savannah is only 25 minutes away and going into town is a straight shot!! We had an excellent time! The property is so quiet and restful!! I would highly recommend!!”

“Great space for a few day get away. Steps from the boardwalk to the beach… bonus for the 30-somethings Tucked away from the busy parts… bonus for the 60-somethings. Convienent to all we had in out plans including connecting to friends on the island and downtown and of course AJs”

“The tile floors were sticky. You could not walk around without shoes. Biggest surprise. We were scheduled to stay 5 days and four night with occupancy of two adults and were only given a total of 4 wash clothes and 4 towels. Only 1 comfortable chair to sit on the deck. We stayed in the same complex last year and had a great experience. We were looking for a king bed this visit. This is the reason this unit was chosen. Will not go through Vrbo or owner rental. More stipulations than with the……
