“This is a lot more than a tourist area motel. Yes it shows its age in a couple of places, mostly chipping pain on the doors and iron work, but it’s kept immaculately clean. Having a microwave and mini fridge allowed us to save some money by making our own sandwiches to take to the beach and nuking leftovers or something quick when we were just to spent after a day in Savannah to go walk a block or two to get dinner. Linens were spotless white from bed to bath. Check in and housekeeping staff……

“The staff on check in were very nice. The room was very clean and the mattress was encased against bed bugs (you always have to check these days-no matter the hotel brand). I was there to fish with my son and the hotel was less than a 1/4 mile walk from the back river, Tybee Creek. It also sits on the Atlantic. This was a good value and I recommend this hotel.”

“Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was perfect with great selection. Bed was very comfortable. I love the size of these hotels and the location of this one is so convenient to everthing and close to the ocean.”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”
