“Can’t say enough about the inn keeper, Rick. His knowledge of Tybee Island and Savannah are unmatched. We enjoyed many excellent breakfasts there as well as his special chocolate chip cookies everyday. We stayed there for 8 nights and was always provided with 5 star service from Rick. Our room was clean and comfortable and very cozy. We got to meet several other couples as well during our breakfasts. Highly recommend this B&B and it is very close to the beach. You won’t be sorry!!!”

“Room was very clean. Service was courteous and accommodating especially Kayleigh! Thank you to Chris for great house keeping. Not very sound proof room. Mini fridge was only so-so and freezer didn't freeze foods. Pool not heated. Great location for beach and restaurants. Would stay again. ”

“Super clean room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and hot water. Everything in the room worked great. Helpful staff. The cleanliness is just superb. Warning, no elevator, so ask to stay on first floor!”

“Honestly, after the snafu with our Expedia reservation not being found in the system (Expedia had sent it to the wrong place) this hotel, the staff, the room, the location, and amenities were all perfect! I would recommend this hotel to any and all!”

“The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. I liked having the coffee downstairs. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling a bit. Also, the design of the shower was very impractical because water got everywhere since it was so open. Great location. Walkable to many things ”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”
