「The first thing I didn't like was that I had to pay an 80 dollar resort fee which was supposed to include towels, coffee, and other things like internet access. The reason I was unhappy with this is that even though the room I reserved was listed as for five people, only four coffee pods were provided, and they were never restocked. 「We arrived about 4 hours earlier than our check in time. I asked if we could check in and she said our room would be ready in about 10 minutes. That was definitely a plus. Room was cooled off and felt great on a very hot and humid day! I'll definitely be staying here again.」

「The direct access to the beach was just what we were looking for on Tybee. The hotel staff members were kind and helpful. The room was a good size for our party of three. The pool was small, but it wasn’t crowded when we were there. We would definitely stay here again in the future. 」
