“The handicap accessible condo was clean, comfortable, a/c worked great and the host was readily available for any inquiry. The checkin and checkout instructions were clear and consise. We had no issues at this rental. We absolutely recommend this rental and the great host. Thank you for a comfy and enjoyable stay!”

“We ejoyed our stay and the convenience of the amenities around us. It took us a bit to get organized with all our stuff and the space available. Also, we wish the weather cooperated with our visit. But, overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed each minute. Thank you for sharing your property.”

“Overall great location. Close to the beach. Enough room and amenities. Pool was great. The sofa in the living room needs to be replaced asap. Too many stains and long time wear. Luckily there were throws we could cover up to stretch out comfortably. There is only one tv in the living room. Walls need to washed down or due for a painting overall. Tub in master did not drain well. Obvious issue as the maintenance staff was there when we arrived with a bottle of Draino. I don’t know if we would……

“Absolutely AMAZING! perfect location, walking distance to the beach & just out of the hustle & bustle of DESTIN traffic. ”

“Thanks for a great trip!”

“We like that it was on the second floor so we could easily see the ocean from our balcony. This unit was a corner unit so there was only another unit on one side. The kitchen had a nice selection of cookware etc. the complex had two outdoor pools, and indoor heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam sauna. The area was quiet without a lot of touristy attractions. We love to be outside and walk or ride our bikes, and there was a very nice paved trail in the area that was probably at least 12……

“Very cute space to stay for a small group. Very conveniently located to beach and a great place to eat is Camille’s which is very close!”

“Everything was close by but not what the booking described. There should have been warnings on the booking that there is only 1 roll of toilet paper provided, 1 towel/washcloth per day…so if you go to the beach, you have kids that get dirty then you better bring your own or go buy more. The neighbor next door actually lives there but doesn’t want ANY noise made or anything placed outside that she can see…she shouldn’t live there if she doesn’t like vacationers who may accidentally drop the……

“Host was great, answered all questions promply.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Proximity to the beach and places to eat were all walkable. I recommend staying there”

“Loved the location of where we were at. We were down the road from the state preserve and you could access through 2 different locations. The space was super clean and loved the layout. Thank you for hosting us and we will be back!”

“The resort is amazing with lots to do and beach near by.”

“Needs a new toaster.”
