Great condo!

The condo was clean, updated, spacious and a short walk to the beach. The beach service was an added bonus. The property management was quick to respond to and resolve a couple of minor issues we had. We will be back!

Great Condo and Location!

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was terrific with easy access to the beach. The umbrella and chair service is a terrific perk. The place was clean and well maintained. If we come back to the area we would absolutely rent here again.

Possibly the cleanest beach condo we’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated. Comfortably furnished. Amazing host! Just as listed! We will be back next summer.

Excellent Stay

We loved the unit. It was a perfect fit for our family. Management was very friendly and quick to respond when we had an issue with the code lock on the door. We hope to stay in this same unit again next year.

AMAZING!!

Overall this was one of the best properties i have ever stayed at! Everything was spotless when we got there, furniture was beautiful, and kitchen had everything you could think of! It was very pet friendly making it a lot easier for our dogs to adjust to a new location. Owners were amazing at communicating with us and made sure we were enjoying our experience. We will definitely be staying here again!

Miramar in August

Words can not express how beyond satisfied we are. Everything was well beyond expectations. Very elegant decor. Kitchen was well equipped. Super clean. From a spouse with OCD, " I am very impressed with this cleaning crew." The grounds were well kept. We will certainly be booking Unit 1202 again in the future. Just a couple suggestions for the property (Maravilla) owners Association. Look at investing in adding a ramp in addition to the steps for beach access. There were many days, myself and a few others, were having to carry the beach wagons up the steps. Also a great service to add would be a type of doggy daycare. The others guests we spoke to while walking our dogs all mentioned and/or agreed it would be a great money making service to have. With the property being pet friendly, it would be wonderful to be able to know there was someone available to walk them or check in on them. Again, those are just a couple things to think about. Again, other than that we are beyond pleased with our stay.

Super clean, everything and more we could have hoped for

A VERY clean condo with MANY amenities! The kitchen was very well stocked with various cooking utensils and gadgets. They thought of just about everything! Great location. A very short walk to beach and pools. The beach chairs and umbrella set up that comes with the condo rental worked out so well! Note: the chairs are not available in the evening. This did not impact us, but maybe worth noting if you plan to go in the evening. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom was very quiet. Our family that stayed in bedroom closer to the entry door, where the main walkway is, said they heard sounds at times, but still slept well. There were 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-8). We would definitely recommend this condo. If we were to rent this unit again we would probably bring a collapsible step stool for kids, because these sinks in the bathrooms are kind of high and also maybe a collapsible drying rack for all the swimsuits (there are lots of hangers though so that worked well too). Helpful tip: the condo has a few big carts that really help with loading and unloading your car. If you can find one of those it's worth it! They are usually by the elevators.

Definitely will use again.

Lovely and very clean.Love the small details of putting containers in bathroom drawers.Made things more organized.The proximity to beach was an easy walk.If you want to bring your pets this is a good place to stay.

Summer 2022

Love staying at Maravilla condos in Miramar!! Our condo was perfect for our family and dog. Very clean and just steps from the beach. Communication and check in was a breeze. Comfortable beds and a patio with a view! Can't wait to return next year!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Maravilla 1202. It was clean and had lots of conveniences. Communication was great with the host. We loved the umbrella/chair rental that came with the rental. We would definitely revisit sometime. We had a great stay.

We loved our unit. It was perfect! (except for the washing machine). The unit had everything we needed to have a great final week after staying at other VRBO residences for the last 6 weeks. And, this was by far our favorite!! Super cute decorations and a wonderfully comfortable bed. We truly wanted to just stay ..❤️

Great Beach Getaway in Miramar Beach

The apartment was exquisite, the decorations, the cleanliness, it was equipped with everything you could imagine and need. We were gladly surprised that the rental includes 2 Beach Umbrellas and 4 beach chairs in the beach by stating your apartment number to the attendant, we had taken our beach chairs with us, but it was not needed. The location can't be beat, a short stroll to the beach, no need to drive and park. Close to groceries stores and restaurants in less than 5 minute drive. The views from the balcony where superb, the Ocean and breeze were our afternoon go to place. If your plan is to have a relaxed beach vacation, this is the place to stay...

Family Holiday Trip

Check in was so easy. The condo was very clean, stocked well & suited all our needs which included 4 adults & 2 children. The grandkids loved the bunk room. Very short walk to beach & easy to walk our 5 mo old pup. The balcony was nice to relax & wait for kids to return from beach. Thank you for a great holiday with wonderful weather.

Beautifully decorated and well-maintained condo!

This condo had everything it said it had, as well as, a hairdryer and 2 folding chairs for the beach in the closet for off-season or children on-season. Maravilla is very pet friendly, and it was a breeze to bring our small, friendly and quiet dog. The condo was clean, with no previous pet hair visible, which I appreciated. Some other highlights…plenty of hot water for showers, white clean towels, and comfortable beds and pillows with extra blankets. The elevator always worked and the stairs are easy to access and use. We really enjoyed our time! If I could give any suggestions at all, I’d say a small fan available for the bunk room would be great, and a small broom and dust pan for easier clean up might be helpful. We loved our time here, and utilized the pools and fitness center. The beach is breathtaking and this was our favorite family beach vacay yet! Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable and easy from check-in to check-out! We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the condo. It was beautiful! Super clean and neat, you can tell as soon as you walk in. Great location! Right across the street from the beach. We were able to take our dogs too!! We will be going back and hopefully VERY soon!
