"Not the most luxurious place compared to other places in Seaside, but the location can’t be beat and is great if you’re looking to stay in seaside for a few days. "

"Absolutely no issues. My only hangup is that I was expecting "incredible gulf views of the beach" per the description, and this is not the case. There is beautiful condo's build in front of this home. You can see the ocean, but the view is not great. You walk about 150 feet to the gate to access a very nice private beach. Neighborhood is great. The pool is very nice. I would book again. For the price you will not find better in this area. "

"We hosted a family reunion at the Soggy Dollar property and it was truly spectacular. The home was perfect in all ways, from amenities, furnishings, layout and proximity to neighborhood attractions. We highly recommend this property for large groups and ideal for large family gatherings."
