“Very nice property. Everyone was super nice. Check in was a little weird and given very little info besides wearing bracelets at all times. ”

“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”

“The door frame to the condo needs to be replaced. It looked as if someone had busted in. Also, hang the wall art with a nail instead of Velcro strips, they would randomly fall off the wall.”

“The building is really old and the room is dirty no cleaning service, the matteress was really hard cannot sleep on there, when we get the there the toilet was broken and towel hanger was broken too And at the LAST they charged me $164 without receipt or without email, i still dont know why This was really terrible experience, never go there again ”

“Property is within walking distance to everything. We walked to dinner each night. Ate at some of the local ice cream shops when we wanted a sweet. The view is amazing on the balcony. Did not like the elevators so we took the stairs. Host was amazing!!!!! Will be booking again.”

“This was a great property. It looks exactly like the pictures show. It was very clean and had great security. The only part I didn't care for was that we couldn't get more towels midweek and I wish somewhere it would have mentioned the bathrooms off of the lobby. We didn't find them until our last day & we're going all the way to our room from the pool or beach. So over all I give it a 9.5/10 and would stay there again!!”

“This is THE hidden gem of the Emerald Coast! Booking literally took less than 20 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean, neat and in order. You are within walking distance of Pier Park and soo much more! You can get up, get dressed and take a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coconuts for breakfast. There are so many little beach shops between this hidden gem and Pier Park that it would be near impossible to name them all. There is a beach access point directly across from the condominium parking lot……

“The check in process was very easy! The resort is in a perfect location with many bars, restaurants, and activities in short proximity. Condo felt clean and the view from the condo was amazing! Only negative thing I would say is that when cooking on the stove and cooking something in the microwave at the same time, it blew the breaker to the kitchen turning off the microwave and kitchen light. Otherwise, I would return and stay again!”
