Come visit our spectacular beaches in Seagrove Florida! There is lots to do and see along 30A from white sugar sand beaches of South Walton, to award winning restaurants and fabulous boutique shopping.

You will fall in love with our home away from home at the beach! Spacious end unit condo on the ground floor with king bed, queen pull out sofa and rollaway twin bed to sleep a total of 5. Our beautifully updated kitchen with white quartz countertops is stocked with everything from a coffee maker to pots and pans. Our bathroom is renovated and has a beautifully tiled stand up shower. We have smart tvs both in the living room and bedrooms. Additionally you will find an Alexa Echo Show in the kitchen to give you updated weather, directions to restaurants and play Amazon music.

Across the street is beach access one block away. We have included our beach chairs and beach wagon! Take a stroll to some of the best restaurants Seagrove has to offer like the Perfect Pig and Cafe 30A or rent bicycles across the street and take a leisurely ride to explore the shops and food trucks at seaside. Relax in our beautiful, sparkling pool after a day at the beach or have a glass of wine on our covered patio.

We have everything you need for a short stay or an extended stay without ever needing to get in your car. High speed Internet in case you want to stay connected. Publix is located just a little over a mile away for all your grocery needs.


For our friends that have furry family members (dogs) we are happy to allow you to include them for a minimall pet fee. Please check YES to pets when booking so the pet fee is added. Also you must put the type of breed in the notes when booking. We have a grassy area off to the side with a doggy station for your convenience.

NOTE: undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fine.

Traveling with children....we have a pack n play, highchair and of course a radio flyer wagon so you can travel light. These are all included at no additional cost to you. No need to contact a rental company or pack the car to overflowing. We want to make your stay easy and stress free. Its vacation after all!

If you want to explore by car Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach and the ever beautiful Alys beach is just as short 10 minute car ride away. There are an abundance of restaurants, shopping and activities for both children and adults from movies in the park to live music.

Perfect Stay in the perfect place for us

Great location. Not in a high traffic area, yet next to the beach. Great communication with the renters - accommodating and friendly. My wife and I will definitely save this perfect spot for the future.

Very pleasant!

We really enjoyed staying here, it was clean, comfortable & the location was great. You can walk to some restaurants, fish market, bike/golf cart rental. The pool was great, nice & clean, & enjoyed it every day!

We had a great time, very relaxed. We very much enjoyed the unit, it was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location and we spent the majority of our time on the beach or out at delicious restaurants for food, but we came home tired and able to relax comfortably in the condo each night. The AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

Condo has been updated with attractive furnishings, tile floors, quartz countertops, nice walk in shower. Just steps away from good dining and the beach. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was in a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo came with a ton of beach supplies and the wagon was a life saver lugging our stuff to the beach. The owner was super communicative and friendly. We would defiantly stay here again!

Great location, decor and all around stay!! could not have been any happier. Only thing is the floors need mopping. We had to wear shoes or else our feet would be dirty and have to be washed. Other than that it was perfectly clean!! Again - we highly recommend this condo!!

Quiet, Cozy 30A Stay

My husband and I stayed here with our boykin spaniel for a quick weekend getaway. Check in information was provided in a timely manner and check out was easy. Everything was exactly as listed. Perfect place for a couple. The neighborhood was very quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Parking was plentiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here at the Rollin Tides Villas. Each time staying in a different condo. This condo is in a nice quiet complex, very well taken care off. Close to the beach. We feel this particular condo unit , although having had some renovations was still lacking. The furniture was tired , the kitchen was ill equipped, and bedding and towels all needed to be replaced. We recognize that many people filter through these units , so all the more reason to stay on top of this issue. Otherwise, this building is in a great location, if you want to stay on the 30A.

Weekend Getaway

Highly recommend this vender! It was a great size and perfect location for us. Upon arrival, it was exceptionally clean and the pool is a nice bonus. We did have to go to a different beach access, as the one closest and mentioned is currently closed to the public. Thankfully we have been to the area recently so we knew of another access to go to. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location close to restaurants and just a 6 min walk to the beach. The pool area looked very nice though we didn’t use it during our stay. This condo was the perfect size for the two of us, however the bedroom is pretty small. We weren’t able to unpack as there was no dresser and only three hangers in the closet. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious as well as the balcony area. Quiet location, too.

We Love It!

This is our 4th year at this property. Each stay we are excited to see the new updates. Always clean. The decor is tasteful and gives a beachy feel. Amenities are super. The layout is perfect for us to enjoy indoor our outdoor activities. Our pup always accompanies us, it is on the first floor…perfect for quick walks. The pool is clean and well maintained. Just a great place!

Wonderful getaway!

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay in Seagrove beach. This location was perfect and convenient. While you are a short walk to 2 different public beach access, we opted to drive down to Grayton Beach State Park about 3 miles down the road for our beach days. The pool was wonderful to come back to and relax in the evenings. Absolutely beautiful beaches and the condo had everything we needed to prepare our meals in each night. We walked to get shaved iced treats at Hokulia most nights. I recommend coconut and lime shave ice with key lime pie ice cream. :) This was the perfect location for our family and we would recommend staying here if you are looking for something small and quiet.

This property was such a blessing, true to its advertising. The king-sized bed was perhaps the best bed I have ever slept in, sans at home. The space was spacious for my wife and me and provided the perfect amenities for our stay. It was a short 5-minute drive to the Seaside area, about 7 minutes to Watercolors, and a short 5-minute walk to the public beach. Publix shopping was just a few min drive and had everything we needed for the weekend. If we return to the 30A area, we will definitely stay here again. Texting with the property owner was great and simple when we had a question. Super responsive and kind, too! One drawback was that the parking lot light was very bright and often strobed, making it look like an emergency vehicle was in the lot. However, wearing a sleeping mask rectified this.
