Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise water on the highest point on the gulf in Blue Mountain Beach.

This beach home offers all of the incredible amenities for the perfect beach vacation. The convenience and beauty of a beachfront building, and the relaxing and quiet retreat you can expect on 30A. A generous open floor-plan connects the main living, dining, and kitchen areas and allows natural light to fill this space. Three impeccably decorated guestrooms promise a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway for your group. In the master suite, a plush king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub await. Guests can choose from two additional guestrooms, one king bedroom with a private en suite bathroom— a shower/tub combo and a third bedroom with queen bedding. The third bathroom is located outside the bedroom door and offers a shower/tub combo. This property also offers for those extra guests, a custom built Murphy Bed that opens into the living area. No uncomfortable sofa sleeper, this is a queen pillow top mattress with luxurious linens.

Nestled between private homes, this condo offers a secluded and hidden jewel along the coast of 30A. Located on the west side of the building, it provides a view of the wonderful homes that make up 30A.

Ready for the beach? Simply open your door to a beautiful atrium, take the elevator to the first floor, and step through the glass door to paradise. You'll find a pool, hot tub, and the emerald waters with sugar-white sand waiting for you. Talk about convenience!

After receipt of your booking, we will contact you directly to answer add'l questions and give you more details about the reservation process. We require all guests to read and sign OUR rental agreement and terms for our condo.. Rules of our beach home, payments and cancellation information is stated in our rental agreement. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $500.00 "HOLD" will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. The credit card "HOLD" will be released within 48 hours after your departure subject to the following conditions stated in our rental agreement.
