「Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst Experience at Fourth of July」

「Loved our stay! Super clean, everything you need is there! Next level communication!」

「Was worried about unit being across the street from ocean. I’ve always stayed in condos with direct access to beach. The location of this one was ideal and the walk was very short. Plus the last renters gifted their beach chairs and that made the beach stay even better! I highly recommend spending the money for chairs if they are no longer there. The bike rental is another short walk and will definitely want to rent bikes for at least two days and drive to high ends of 30A. We used those to...

「Overall our stay at this condo was really good. The location is nice with an easy walk to the beach. We do enjoy sitting on the balcony and people watching or seeing the ocean, and at this condo the palm trees blocked much of our view. However, it was clean and check in/out was easy. We also enjoy cooking to save some money, so having some BBQ utensils would have come in handy. Overall, this is the best condo that we have stayed at since starting our trips to Gulf Place!」

「Beautiful view of the beach, very clean and nicely decorated. Quick access to the beach, restaurants and souvenirs. Also, texting with the management team was very helpful for quick questions, and once when the elevator wasn’t working, which was quickly resolved. We felt very comfortable and safe.」

「We loved enjoying our coffee with a view of the ocean from the balcony each morning!! Wonderful, comfortable king bed. Great communication with host! Beach access was an easy walk just across the street. Condo was in perfect location to lots of bars and great restaurants. Looking to return ASAP!」

「All accommodations were great. Very simple check in process, the condo was spotless and easy parking. Will definitely choose to stay again and recommend to others. 」

「Easy walk to beach and Gulf Place. Quiet. Clean.」

「We had a fantastic stay at Gulf Place! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The beds were comfy, the balcony view was beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was. Perfect location for exploring 30A, and we can't wait to come stay again. Highly recommend!」
