Welcome to our beautiful beach paradise. Pelican Isle Resort, Unit 414 offers a direct, fourth floor view of Florida's magnificent Emerald Coast. This beachfront, 1 bedroom unit will sleep up to 6. The spacious floor plan is perfect for a week away from home, with room for each family member. The king master bedroom has a private full bath, and smart tv. Custom hallway bunk beds are perfect for adults or children, and there is room for 2 on the living room sleeper sofa. A second full bathroom, and a private washer and dryer make this the perfect spot.

The stainless steel kitchen with granite counters is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your vacation meals. Overlooking the pool, the dunes and the beach, there's a private balcony with high-top table and chairs for a relaxing view in the breeze. Beach Chairs (1 set of 2 chairs and umbrella) are setup daily for you on the beach and included with each day of your stay from March 1 through October 31.
