***Beginning August 11, 2025 until March 2026, Azure will begin Phase 2 of their Exterior Renovation. Starting in the 19-23 stacks and moving backwards to the 01 stacks. This renovation will include balcony closures in phases as well as walkway closures. Balcony closures will mean no access to the balcony, and all balcony furniture will be either removed or stored in the unit. During this time, construction noise will be from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Our calendar will be blocked for dates that floors are completely blocked and our rates will be discounted for dates that the balcony will be blocked. Azure 201 balcony closure is scheduled for 12/8/2025-2/13/2025.

Other features of this spacious condo include granite counter-tops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the dishes, pots and utensils that you will need to prepare the best gourmet meal or a simple sandwich. The dining room table has seating for eight with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks.
