This is a huge gulf front unit, in a very low density building, that has been tastefully
redone in April of 2023. Four bedrooms and over 2,400 square feet of living space make
it seem larger than it already is. This condo can easily accommodate large families for
the perfect beach vacation. The beachfront balcony offers amazing views of the sugar
white sands and the Gulf of Mexico that the Emerald Coast is famous for. Your private
gas grill makes the balcony the perfect spot to entertain after an idyllic day spent at the
beach. Inside the condo, you will find modern features including wood and travertine
tiled floors, flat-screen TVs, and an enormous gourmet kitchen. Combining all of Bella
Riva 309's charm with the unbeatable location, the building's amenities, including
complimentary beach service, will make for an unforgettable vacation on Florida's
Emerald Coast.

The main living space of the condo is an open-concept floorplan making it easy for your
family to relax together. The living area contains plenty of comfortable seating around a
huge 75 inch flat-screen TV. The dining area contains seating for six comfortably with
an additional four seats available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is perfect for chefs of
all levels with stainless-steel Wolf and Thermador appliances. The kitchen comes fully
equipped with all the cookware and dishware you need to create memorable meals for
the whole family.
The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular beach views that can
easily be enjoyed from the comfort of the king-sized bed. A private balcony, walk-in
closet, and flat-screen TV make up the rest of the master bedroom. The master
bathroom features two granite vanities, a large garden tub, and a large walk-in shower.
The guest bedrooms just off the kitchen have queen beds and have a shared bathroom
with a combination tub/shower and separate vanity area so one person can be taking a
shower while another is getting ready. Both guest bedrooms with the queen beds have

flat screen TVs in them. The third guest bedroom has twin over twin bunk beds and a
private ensuite bath. The third bathroom is located down the hall so it is perfect for
teenagers who want their own space. This third guest bedroom does not have a TV but
it is a nice set up for playing on your phone, scrolling down Instagram or doing Snaps.
Because we know that most kids are forced to come hundreds of miles to the beach by
their families and only want to play on their phone, with the occasional beach or pool
