Perfect Beach Getaway Spot.

Booked this for a weekend and had a lovely time. There was an issue with the original unit I booked and the host went out her way to get us into a different unit and to make sure we were happy. The unit was cute and clean and just what we wanted with direct access to the beach. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful View

Nice, relaxing and the ocean view from the unit is awesome! Step right out the back door and our feet were in the sand. The unit was cute, cozy and decorated in a super cute beachy style. Overall enjoyed the stay and was a bonus that my fur babies were able to be with us. My only suggestions would be a deep clean and perhaps some updates to the unit.

Loved the location of this property! No steps inside or outside so it was perfect for senior citizens. Bedroom sliding door opens right onto the sand. Very clean and accomodating for 2 people plus one small pet. We will be back!

It had everything we needed and was in a great location. The best part was being able to bring our older dog who requires daily meds. She loved sitting in her bed and watching people on the beach.

I love this place it’s so close to the beach, just open your back patio door and you right there . This is our 2nd time staying there and not our last. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t have a shower but everything else is perfect.

October Get away

We were so pleased with our accommodations. The location was perfect and so quiet. Every morning we walked to the beach, about 150 feet, to watch the sunrise. Every evening we sat on the beach and watched the sunset. It was restful and lovely, just what we wanted. It’s not fancy, but very clean. The only suggestion, bring your own toilet paper if your stay is longer than 3 days. A small price for for an excellent experience.

If you are looking for the perfect place for a couples getaway, this is the place. Although not as modern and upscale as it’s neighbors, the location and literal steps to the beach are what makes this condo perfect!! I would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Place was clean and ready. Checkin was very easy. Paul was awesome to deal with and is ontop of things. Would love to come back and stay again. We extended our stay and the cleaning crew dropped off some fresh towels and toiletries for us as a courtesy.

Convient Beach Access

We've never stayed ground level before, but we ended up loving how easy it was to access the beach. The condo is quaint, nothing fancy but was perfect for our family of 3. We were able to check in early which was great for my wife who was working remotely. Having complimentary beach chairs & an umbrella was great. The condo could use a good deep clean: ie the shower head & shampoo the couch but overall it was a pleasant experience & we even got to bring our dog.

The place is like it says it’s an older like condo. WiFi very bad only place you can get it is in the living room. Contacted owner they are supposed to be checking on that. Overall it was a pretty good place to stay.

Last Minute Ocean Getaway

Had a last minute opening of days off and decided last minute to get out of Chicago and head to warm weather and water with my 13 year old son. Wow right on the beach and dog friendly so we were able to bring our puppy. We were able toCheck in early in morning instead of afternoon after talking to Ms Candy. Just a 25 tip requested for the cleaning crew to check in at 7am instead of 4pm basically got us an extra day. We were surf fishing a couple hundred yards from back door of condo on beautiful white sands beach. My son wanted to eat down the road at Stubys every time we went past because the calamari was so good. Pontoon Boat rental at The Weekend was great price and dog friendly as well to fish the flats the bridges and go to crab island sand bar area was a big party atmosphere. Cute clean little first floor 1 bed condo with kitchen and pull out couch that he slept on. Perfect for a getaway for a couple people with great location. Very quiet at night and safe. Very enjoyable get away to recharge. Just what we were hoping for. The area is very dog friendly and allowed at restaurants with outdoor seating, but unfortunately not on the beach itself per FL ordinances. Just wish we had a couple more days!

Floors were filthy upon entry, ice maker did not work, one outlet in kitchen was inoperable, wifi was terrible . . . Hardly ever worked, would have preferred deadbolt on front door, poor cooking skillet, roaches. We like to keep things tidy wherever we stay but the broom appeared to be 10+ years old so that was a little difficult. The hose outside to spray off the sand was not very good. Place was nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. Nice to be beachfront, however, not worth it for us with all the disadvantages. We would not consider returning to this rental

Location is EVERYTHING!!

We were traveling with my family (3 kids 5 and under) and it was AMAZING. Being able to walk straight out the back, grab your beach gear, and be there in 2 minutes is the reason I chose this location. I read through some of the reviews and I was surprised they said it was dirty! Could it be deep cleaned? Sure! But I’m sure your house could too. Someone said the picture was not exactly how your view would look? YES IT IS. Exactly like the picture. Sit on the back porch with view and sounds of the ocean. Sure there are dunes that block a little bit, especially since you’re ground level, but overall you can’t beat it. Paul and his wife were soooo kind and helpful with everything we needed, even coming over when we had a WiFi problem. Also, the maintenance man did everything he could to make it work for us. Overall amazing!!!! The only thing that would keep us from coming back is my wild children needing just a little bit more room to spread out. Thanks again!!!!

Sweet, simple and to the point.

My husband and I took a two-day, impromptu trip just to get away for some salt air and sunshine. We found exactly what we were looking for…a small, friendly, non-commercialized little condo building, free from the hustle and bustle of the high rises which sat on either side of us. It was perfectly clean, decorated with a bright and cheery beach vibe, and was situated on the ground floor, right on the sand. It was nothing fancy, the patio was old concrete with little cracks from age but the patio furniture was comfortable and boasted a great view of the dunes as well as the crashing waves of the gulf. We were literally maybe 100 steps from the water. Our neighbors were friendly and Paul was top notch on communication during check in. No fancy elevators, marble floors,or long haul steps just to get to the beach. There was a beach side restaurant in the high rise next door that served a delicious hamburger, though expensive, very much worth it for the convenience while on the beach. There was a fireworks show on Thursday night, from somewhere down the beach, that lit the sky’s and we had a perfect view from our little patio. We carried our little Pomeranian, Rosie, with us and although dogs are not allowed on the beach without a permit, she had plenty of room to explore the beach sand, on our side of the dune right outside our back door. She loved it and made a new friend with the dog next door. It was exactly what we were looking for. We will be booking again…and again.
