Beautiful condo, good location!

This condo is beautiful! It’s clean, provides all you need for cooking and is in a great location! It’s a quiet area and the pool and hot tub were awesome as well! It was perfect for our family of four. Will definitely book again!

Exactly as pictured - right on the beach with amazing views. We had a great stay! The construction noise didn't bother us because we were gone during the day but it was definitely loud. We appreciated that they didn't start until 9am.

Awesome Beach View

Loved the beach decor! The view from the condo was spectacular! Our only issue was with the construction crew working on the exterior of the building -we did not appreciate waking to the “beep-beep-beep” of the man-lift 7 days a week!

Beautiful unit

I stayed here for the nights. The unit is comfortable and clean with a gorgeous view. All the furniture is very good quality and comfortable, including on the balcony. I enjoyed the fact that the second bedroom also had a king bed. I usually travel with adult family and get tired of twin beds in the second bedroom. This is the second time staying in a unit in this building. Parking and getting to the units is easy. Pool area is basic, but nice and well-maintained/clean. Love that it includes two beach chairs and an umbrella starting in March. I would stay here again.

Great Location

The location of this unit was perfect, just steps away from the beach- with an added bonus of having two chairs/umbrella service included. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub- not huge, but certainly adequate for adults and children alike. The washer and dryer were used daily by us as well- a must when on a beach vacay. King beds were comfy, linens clean. We were here for just under a week, and would recommend to anyone staying a similar amount of time to pack their own laundry detergent, paper towels, and we even bought liquid hand soap because my kids are messy with those tiny bars of hand soap. Additionally, if you plan on doing any cooking, be prepared to purchase any oil or seasoning (salt, included) you may need. We only found a pepper shaker in the whole place. Overall, this was a great place, but pretty no frills.

Poorly managed property

The room was clean and prepared for our stay, however the property grounds were very disorderly. I can send you multiple photos of overflowing trash cans. Two out of the three elevators did not work and the one that did work was slow and smelled like death. You’d have to wait for multiple rotations before boarding. One child almost threw up from the smell. The pool was closed because the pump lost power. Upon arrival there were no luggage carts for unloading. During our whole stay their was one cart located for the entire building to share. Staff was no where to be found. The property was very disappointing. The master bed needs to be replaced. The kids bed was more comfortable to sleep in.
