Perfect Location

We loved the location. Very close to Destin activities! Pools and beach access was great. This specific unit was in desperate need of upgrades/remodeling, repairs and just a good cleaning.

Great location but a bit dated and needs a better clean.

We really enjoyed the location of this property and the amenities. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Needs a good dusting. The carpeting should be replaced or cleaned as it was pretty dirty. The front door was awful to open and close as was the back sliding door. We enjoyed the property and would book at the same property, but most likely a different unit.

Ladies getaway

Great unit. Had some problems with patio doors sticking, but with a little maintenance on the door track, door worked good. AC worked good and plenty of towels to use. There were a beach cart and toys in the closets to use. The unit even came with two reserved beach chairs and umbrella daily. Unit had a washer and dryer which was handy. Overall, unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked. View and location was awesome. There were restaurants within walking distance. But even better, Doordash will deliver your groceries to you, so no need to waste your vacation time in the grocery store. Definitely will rent again..

worked for a girls trip, but...

Carpet needs to go and it needs a good cleaning. Pots and pans need an upgrade. It was okay, but would NOT stay there again. Property, beach and pool were awesome. Unit needs a facelift and some attention. As I mentioned, carpet needs to go - tile needs steam cleaned. Replace mattresses and remove dresser from the closet. Can't put clothes in there with a huge dresser taking up all that room.

Beach get away

Beautiful area and spot. However wasn’t too happy about the lack there of beach items. (there was 1 adult chair and a broken umbrella) For people traveling on a plane obviously chairs wouldn’t be an item we would pack and the chairs on the premises you had to rent for $45 a day! It’s a beach vacation some basic beach items should be provided for the price payed. Also the iron was broken which was very annoying as it leaked everywhere.The TV was extremely glitchy and was going in and out of service for the last couple of days as well. We needed to have a repair man come out in addition to several calls put into management before hand regarding this issue. I know it sounds like a lot of complaints but other then that it was a nice spot! But seriously buy some chairs an umbrella, a new iron, better TV service and all will be perfect!

Spacious 6th floor condo with beautiful southwest view of the gulf and a three minute elevator walk to the beach. Easy check in, easy check out. Kitchen met expectations. Beds met expectations. Furnishings met expectations. Communication with management company met expectations. Property beginning to show some wear. Overall experience met expectations.

Beautiful Location

I’ve stayed a lot of places in Florida. First of all, Okaloosa Island is the most beautiful sand and water I have seen in the state. The view from the balcony was stunning. The fact that they were two master bedrooms accommodated, both my husband and my daughter and her husband. This condo had everything we needed. Bill was great to deal with in every sense. The check in process was simple. The condo had a wagon for the beach which made things so easy. Our family loved everything about this stay. We hope to return.

Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Love that we could walk out onto the balcony and see the ocean. Very quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed all the amenities that we had access to like the pools, hot tubs and the lazy river at Destin West on the bay side. Thank you

Great Location/Beautiful views

The condo is in a great location, located near the pier and restaurants. Just a short drive into Destin for additional food options. Great view of the ocean and overlooks the main pool as described. The kids loved all the different pool options the resort offers. Bill provided very detailed instructions for check in and departure and was quick to respond to our questions during our stay. The interior of the condo is starting to look a bit tired. Fresh paint, an easier sliding door to open, and replacing the little bit of carpet in the condo would go a long way to make it feel more like a home away from home. None of these impacted our stay just recommendations to improve.

Beautiful beach view

This condo was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view. The Lazy River bayside was fantastic. It would be nice if a diagram/map of the resort was posted. Not all elevators go to the 6th floor so it was confusing until we found the correct elevator at the far end of the parking deck, making it a bit of a walk to the condo. We missed not having the pod coffee maker shown in the photos and the furnishings are comfortable, but a little worn, but the view and amenities are first class!

Spring Break 22, for softball.

This property was everything we wanted, very clean, wonderful location and very convenient to everything we needed. The only complaint would be Mother Nature, but who can control that. Would recommend highly.
