Welcome to paradise! Blue Dolphin 201 is a corner unit flooded with lots of natural light and beach views throughout. This unit was renovated in 2024 with new flooring, countertops, appliances, backsplash, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, linens, decor, furniture, blinds and a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and everything a cook would need. The kitchen barstools and dining set seat a total of 8 comfortably inside for a meal, with an additional 4 chairs and a table on the balcony.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit can sleep up to 8 people. There is a king bedroom with a walk-in closet and access directly to the bathroom with a walk-in shower and new rain showerhead. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The queen bedroom has a closet and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The hallway sleeps an additional two with built-in bunk beds and a locking pocket door separates the living room with a new pull out sofa (queen size) making it an additional private sleeping area. Off the living area there is a private corner balcony with seating for four overlooking the ocean and Blue Dolphin’s private pool. You can pack light for your trip as there is an in-unit washer and dryer located off the hallway.
Free seasonal beach service is included daily (2 chairs and 1 umbrella), with option to rent additional sets if needed. Blue Dolphin is a low-density 10-unit building with an ideal location about a mile away from the pier with popular restaurants and shopping. Enjoy a stroll down the road to mini golf, do some fishing at the pier, relax at Angler’s Sunday Brunch, soak up the sun on the beach, bask in the emerald waters, take in a sunset from the balcony, take a dip in the pool, search for shells and sand dollars, enjoy the excitement of “crab hunting” at night, and in the summers take in the Wednesday night fireworks on the beach.
